Michelle and I have tried to take our 5 kids on as many vacations around the USA as we can, trying to show them a bit of the world. We used to stay in hotels, but when short term vacation rentals became available, we were hooked. We enjoy having our own space. We just like it better. Michelle usually books the home, and has the communication with the host, or the company that is hosting the home. One thing that always stands out to her, (which in-turn it stands out to me), is the communication between the host and her. If something isn't quite like it was supposed to be, she wants to be able to contact someone to be able to help. We understand things happen. Forrest Gump made a phrase for it. But when it happens, it is nice if there is someone you can call to get things moving in the right direction. That was kind of a pun! Michelle and I have been in customer service all of our lives. We know how important communication is when it comes to renting someone else's home. Who do you call? What if you have questions? What if something isn't quite right? What if I just want to talk to a live voice before I book? Or after I book? Or what if I just want to have your numbers and emails, just in case? We know how you feel. We are here when you need us.
