Brent & Michelle have been hosting since 2019. Hosting all started for us when we had a renter accidentally burn down our rental home in Nebraska. We took a leap of faith with the insurance check and invested in our first short-term rental in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee. Michelle has an eye for decor, and she has been sprinkling her pixie dust on as many homes as the bank will allow. We fell in love with hosting, and have expanded Chillax Inn to several of our own homes, along with hosting for investors that purchase the homes from us. We live in the country near a rural Nebraska town and we love to visit Florida. We look forward to our trips to Florida and love it when all 5 of our children can join us. We are Brent & Michelle Ogden, entrepreneurs and vacation-rental professionals who have built our business around creating memorable experiences for families while developing opportunities for property owners and investors.
We’re the owners of Chillax Inn Vacation Homes, where we specialize in managing and marketing unique, highly themed vacation homes in the Orlando area. What started as an interest in vacation rentals has grown into a business focused on providing guests with more than just a place to stay. We are passionate about creating homes that families get excited about—from private pools and arcades to immersive themed bedrooms and fun experiences that guests won’t find in a typical vacation rental.
We also work with property owners and investors, helping them maximize the performance of their vacation homes through professional management, marketing, direct bookings, and creative strategies designed to increase both occupancy and revenue.
One of the things we enjoy most about being entrepreneurs is constantly looking for ways to improve. We are always exploring new ideas, technology, marketing strategies, and business opportunities that can make the guest experience better while helping property owners succeed.
